You have to put the left lower in first. With the top pad off, you then have access to the wires, etc, behind the dash. Center or top could go on next with the right lower last.
I had the entire inerior out including the wiring harness. Because it was 2 years until I was putting the dash back i had to take the dash apart about 5 times untill i could remember how everything went. In my past disassemblies and assemblies ive found it easiest to install the top pad and then either the center cluster or driver side (assuming your tack and spedo are already in and hooked up. Every time the passenger side was the last piece on. As mentioned before there are alot of ways to do it. All of them are a pain in the butt.
