My friend's dad recently bought a '77 with a 9 inch rear end. Whoever set it up did a decent job mounting the 4 links, but when it came to the shock mounts...... Well, they were cantilevered from the rear crossmember and ended up ripping off and put a shock through the rear floor. So we're looking for pictures of how others mounted their springs and shocks. We've got some 1" square tubing (1/8" walls), a chop saw, and a welder. We have some ideas but I'd like to see how others did it.
Other specs on the car: 383ci, Trick Flow 23* heads, unknown cam (but it rumps and idles at 1400), Holley 750DP, Edelbrock RPM, and some Summit LT headers.
