Default PAGING Lars

You recently posted about a 850 in a 409 and said that you can make big carbs work on a smaller engine, what I was wondering is whether i can run a 750 cfm Speed demon carb with vacuum secondaries with a performer RPM intake but with an otherwise stock L-82.. were planning on getting cam and lifter kit as well as port matching heads. :D

I am sure Lars will comment, but the stock Q-Jets were 750 cfm. So the demon is no differenct in cfm flow.

bigvette1, the demons flow way more air though due to their main body design, so according to barry grant a 750 speed demon is like a 850 holley.

Steve Grodin, thnx, ill try emailing him, even though itd be really nice to know today/tmrw, have to decided whether to send in for 625 road demon
