Too optimistic?
Ive been looking at peoples sigs on the forum for quite some time but it seems that nobody has engines which go above 500hp... im planning on stroking mine to a 383, then getting forged pistons, forged connecting rods, basicly forged everything, then putting on a single plane intake and a centrifugal supercharger, can i get above 600hp? :smash: :cool:

You've just been looking at the wrong signatures ;)
Check out the big block sigs...they START at 500 and go UP from there :D
And they do it with single 4bbl carbs!
Oh yeah...and don't believe EVERYTHING you read in signatures. Not unless you have the :bs-detector turned on full power! :lol:

Hey I am just thrilled mine is moving under its own power right now. I got no cares about what its actually throwing down just yet. But I would say your gonna get a 600 with your thoughts.

I have an 81 Vette with a stock 350. I did a few things to it and now I have 732.1 HP @ 10,812 RPM.
But you gotta put a LITTLE gas in it too!!
