Hey I do not have a Vette of my own but am the caretaker for my father-inlaws recently purchased 81. Seeing that I am the own to do all the work I found you guys hoping that when and if I ever get stuck on something you might be able to throw out the hints I might need.
Now a little about the Vette it is a 1981. It is red and stock as far as I can tell. The car has just turned 100,000 miles and while it is presentable it does need paint and carpet. He searched all over middle Tn to find the car and finally bought the first one he had looked at which was right here in town. The Vette came home with three bleeding calipers which I promptly replaced for him, walmart special plug wires my TA donated a set of accels that were left over after my headers swap and after a good wash and wax she looks pretty good compared to the way she came home.
The car also came with both the glass and solid tops as well as a new nose to replace the one that is damaged around the wheels. I still have to do some work on the drivers headlight actuator as soon as I figure out why it is so lazy.
Anyway Hi guys I hope I can add something to the forum now and again. :seeya

BTW, these guys in here are really cool, you get a lot of good advice.
I was a Vette-Virgin when I joined the forum. Learned a lotta ropes
since then.
