i removed my gas tank, and hooked up an electric antena, replaced broken one. i have my gas gauge disconnected could this be the problem why i use either side blinker and the other ones blink as well... i dont know why this is doing it...
Please excuse me if this sounds dumb - but are you sure you did not pull the HAZZARD button on the steering column. I know, I know. BUT my wife drove for over a 50 miles coming home from visiting with her Jeep's blinking and that's all it was.......
what ground is back there that would likley to cause this? the only thing i am thinking of is the gas tank, you have 2 wire that go to the sender, ones hot the other isn't, I checked everything, i am sure it's simple but what, when i put the brakes on 1 bulb shines bright the other dim, there are 3 wires that go into the bulb socket, if i grounded one to the frame could that help me solve this? ofcourse it not being the hot one...
yup, there sure was, i see the strap you are talking about and then i seen some onther wire not even sure where it came off, but there it was right near the antena strap.. thanks for the help.... to anyone that removed there tank and read this, i am in the process of doing a mod to the tank, i was hoping to find a build sheet, but none.... bummer
