Body Cushions for 75 C3
Has anyone changed to poly mounts WITHOUT removing the body on a C3 ? How hard is it ? or do you HAVE to pull the body ? Thanks ahead of time. :lurk:

It can be done by lifting one side at a time with jacks. An article in one of the Mags did a story on it a while back. I can email you a copy but its not very clear and doesn't give all the details on what has to be taken apart first. You need to lift each side about 3 inches to get the old ones out and new ones in. Thats if the bolts come out without any problems. Check my web page to see what I had to do because my rocker channels were rusted out.

Sure e-mail them to derodbuilder@hotmail.com. Where did you get the rocker channels at ? Did you hang the body from the rafters in the garage ? how much support did you have to add to them to keep from bringing down the roof ? Thanks.

You've got mail. I get most of my parts from a local place called Vette Products in Lake Orion, Mi. Most of the suppliers sell the same stuff for about the same price.

Got it thanks . I hope that since my car has been in a garage for the last 10 years that it won't be too bad. I have gotten the drivers pillar mount out so far.
