73...still has the crome bumper rear and was the first year for raised hood profile with functional cowl induction. Sure the 73 was not the most powerfull year in stock trim, but how many of us actually leave our engines as stock? Not many.

Chrome bumper 70-72.

-383 w/ Edelbrock or Holley EFI, TKO 5 speed, Hydraulic clutch preferred
-Ontario/Monaco Orange or House of Kolors Sunset Pearl or Tangelo.
-Black interior-80-82 style seats
-Lowered with polished ET slot mags 265/50s 295/50s

Nothing too fancy but nice for me.

Brent...

Chrome all the way. If I could change one thing though, I'd have a BB.

350 ci/350 hp is nice, but nothing like a 68-69 427 or 70-72 454. Good luck.

I couldnt afford the bumpers, but theres nothing like crusing with the top down in a Corvette rodster  my 75 original L48 is just fine for me. soon to be upgraded to performance suspension, then ZZ-4 and 4spd auto. WooHoo, save the wave..... :steering:

What is the chrome thing sticking up from the rear deck? Looks cool whatever it is.

Gotta be a chrome bumper with a Muncie! Big block or small block? Dosen't matter; they are both great engines with promise of huge power in your vette. :D

No doubt about it. A 69 427 is my dream. I plan on finishing the restoration of my 72, then sell it along with the 77 to buy a 69-72 big block. Steel Cities Gray will be the color.
