WTF is going on at summit????
My order has been pending for over 2 weeks now,I contacted them numerous times through email but no reply as of yet. this ain't funny anymore, I need the parts so I can work on my truck and vette during the upcoming hell....err...I mean holidays

I contacted Summit regarding their 10% Dec Discount,but the wrote back and told me that theres no code available?They usually have a code around Chrismas?

Da,m.this probably means I have to call them. They've always treated me right and I can understand they're busy but they could've at least replied to one of my 60 emails. I ordered over 2 weeks ago and didn't order any backorder parts so.....

Thanksgiving/Christmas. Your order is probably somewhere in South America.
I can't even get my BILLS on time!! Christmas help at Post Office and UPS is horrendous. This time of year they'll hire from nursing homes and mental health centers. Be patient...you'll get your order sometime in mid-January. They are probably playing soccer with the box in Brazil as we speak! :lolg:

I go by Summit maybe once a week(about 25mi from me). It's just off of Interstate 76, east of Akron, Ohio. They have built a larger showroom(or addition), which makes the place HUGE. By the looks of the parking lot every time I go by, it seems packed with people. Have even heard stories where a couple of guys from outta state or even Canada will bring an enclosed trailer and leave with Thousand$ of dollars worth of parts. Kinda like a "group" purchase, saves on shipping too :lol:

Marck, I ordered a set of Flares for my new Dodge Truck on Friday, they shipped Monday and I recieved them Wednesday. I had no problems at all, you must have something that is backordered. Jim

Decided to give them a call, this email stuff ain't working worth a damn.. well, turns out they needed to know which shipping method I wanted WELL DUH! SEND AN EMAIL THEN. Man, I think the 25$ international handling is a waiting fee LOL. Let's hope i get my stuff fast, my truck is making a ruckus with half the exhaust torn from under it (nice huh, speed bumps, they should rename then muffler murderers)
