10% discount from Eckler's this weekend only.......
Just got an e-mail from Eckler's, they're offering 10% off on everything in stock this weekend only (12/13 and 12/14). The offer excludes engines, transmissions, tires, kits, window glass, cores, restoration services, and special orders, and only applies to internet orders. Just thought I'd pass it along, I wish I had some $$$ to spend

Anyone else do any shopping today at Ecklers? I bought the distributor shield/supports and a couple of decals for my '71 454. One day left if anyone is in the shopping mode.

How Often Does Ecklers Do This?
Cheers
Mark
Not very often that I know of. As AGVI said.... the 10% just gets them down close to everyone else. But, they had the parts I was needing for the distributor shield. Probably could have gotten them elsewhere, but I was looking to buy all at one source. I'll be damned though if (1) $2.00 decal is not back ordered. So much for internet shopping where you can't check inventory first.
Re: 10% discount from Eckler's this weekend only....... (AGVI)
So what you're saying is Ecklers is offering the SAME price as everyone else now? They usually overcharge!!! :yesnod:
I used to think they were that much higher than everyone else. However, when I buy parts now, I compare prices between Eckler's, Corvette America, The Last Detail, and Rik's.
My current order will be The Last Detail, because I missed Eckler's 10% off sale. Their prices were pretty close, but I've purchased parts from each before, and TLD treated me very well. If Eckler's automatically had a 10% off for forum members, I'd buy from them. I should buy from them just because they are forum supporters... hmm I may think about this some more.
It really suprised me to see that Rik's was $30 higher on a $160 order than everybody else.
