Bruce, does that 68 L-88 have 69 doors on it?Funny how the model hides the emblems, and Budweiser?Seems more like a champagne car to me.In short B.S
The BS is your doubt of Ironcoss word. You have 4 posts and you are talking like Mr. Expert. I have seen the OTHER cars that Ironcross has and if he says he has an L-88 and a 1968 car...I sure DON'T doubt it.
Blunsford, you have me looking myself. One place came up on the net, try "Flatout Gasket" or "Flatout Group / gasket" was the only company coming up with gaskets all the way down to .021 plus several thicker ones.
Thanks Dep, you know it`s a 68. The only Vette that didn`t have the Stingray emblem from 63 until the late 70`s when it was reinstated again. BTW, thats Never Dull polish can on the hood also.
Ryan, yes brand new. :D
I found a 1970 picture taken in front of a friends house.
Hi
If he's the first original owner, you can't pay enough for it.
It's worse a lot of money, so what.
It can not be replaced anymore due to the original owner thingi. :D
I', jalous too.
Gunther
You guys that are all contemplating buying that beast can all just FORGET IT!!!! I already have first dibs in on it and he AIN'T sellin'. So look...but DON'T TOUCH!!!
There is no door issue...nada, but I am puzzled bout one thing....why the radio on an L-88?

It's a radio/CD player so he can listen to my hot rod CD
There is probably other stuff missing or installed on it. I don't think Ironcross is claiming "concours quality" here, since he basically used it as a "tow car".
That alone makes me shudder!

Yup, thats a Riviera...could be a hipo with dual quads, or could be a a single quad.
Thats a 1966 Riviera. 425 ci Dual quad GS. 30,000 miles on the car.it. Bucket seat, stero, tilt wood wheel, air, 3.9 posi rear, turbo 400, big brake car, tinted glass, air craft landing lites, power most everything. Another piece that gets moved every couple of years. It really needs a new home. This picture is from a friends collection in front of his mothers home. He also Had my Fuel Roadster in his garage at that time. I was hiding some of the pieces all over for a while.
