front bumper gap

Default front bumper gap

I got my bumper on and this gap doesn't look right , the metal pads are cinched up to the fiberglass , what am I doing wrong? :crazy:

Take a look at the center support that goes down to the front cross member that the radiator sits on.
It should be able to be moved a little to allow you to move the bumper up and in. 4 bolts hold it in place.

should the bumper bracket pass thru the fiberglass, my front cap is a replacment , ie. the front side marker are not even cut out - yet

Also, you can put spacers or washers under that center support bracket if it needs to be raised further. It appears from your picture that the bumper is low. I'm sure you noticed the holes in the front of the support are slotted up and down for further adjustment. The bumper can be a bitch to adjust.
