zz4 exhaust?

GM says in the ZZ4 manual that using regular port headers showed no performance difference over using the special "D" port headers. Both worked just the same.
I ran the stock manifolds from my 1980 on my ZZ4 for 1 1/2 years with no problems at all. They just restrict the performance pretty well. With the stock exhaust mine dynoed out at 220 HP at the rear wheels.
So, the stock manifolds would work fine. If you want to go better, but stay with cast iron, check out Sanderson Headers -- http://www.sandersonheaders.com -- they have cast iron higher flow, better looking manifolds for Chevy engines in the Corvette.
