Probably the same way I did. drive onto the Cert. scales with just the front tires and tell the lady to take the first weight. 1600 lbs then the whole car 3184 then the rear tires 1576 Somehow it was 8 pounds off on my total, maybe how the car is sitting on the pavement.
Took it to a local Flying J truck stop. The scales have 3 pads, I straddled 2 of them. Got a nice little report that even has the official Flying J stamp on it!! All for the low low price of $7.50.

those truck scales are designed and calibrated to measure much higher than what your putting on it. it's kind of like a drug dealer weighing a gram of bugger sugar on a bathroom scale, it doesn't work real good. your system does give you a pretty good idea though. if your serious about the weight, i know they sell individual scales for each tire, a couple of circle track buddies you the **** out thiers. I got mine weighed for free at New England Dragway.. 3250 with me in it and 1/4 tank of gas (hey I was racin, I needed it as light as possible) :rofl:
