Probably the same way I did. drive onto the Cert. scales with just the front tires and tell the lady to take the first weight. 1600 lbs then the whole car 3184 then the rear tires 1576 Somehow it was 8 pounds off on my total, maybe how the car is sitting on the pavement.

Took it to a local Flying J truck stop. The scales have 3 pads, I straddled 2 of them. Got a nice little report that even has the official Flying J stamp on it!! All for the low low price of $7.50.

Brettmc - Go to my home page for how I made it lighter. I've actually put weight into it with the heavy 700R4 and roll cage.
My car is pretty much stripped out. The 1979 year was the heaviest C-3 made.
