Getting the TPI bug

Easy question for you guys. Do I have to stick to pre 87 units to use on the perimeter bolt style heads?

no you can drill the center holes on angle for the bolts to line up,i have sportsman 2 heads and an 87 intake .

All Vette manifolds work with the older iron heads, F-body TPI intakes use the upright center bolts on 87 up. Either can be worked to fit with some drilling. F-body has the fuel lines come out on the drivers side and has a port for EGR. Corvette has fuel lines that come out on the passenger side and has an external port for EGR. There are other subtile differences, but these are the biggest manifold differences.
