NEED HELP ON RADIO UPGRADE
HELLO FELLOW VETTEHEADS, MERRY CHRISTMAS, FOR YEARS I HAVE HAD A HANGE UP ON ORIGINALITY, WELL I PUT MYSELF THROUGH SELF ANALYSIS AND CAME UP WITH FORGET ABOUT IT, YOUR CAR IS A HIGH PRODUCTION, LOW INTEREST VETTE, SO WITH DIGNITY DO WHAT FEELS GOOD. OK THAT BEING SAID I HAVE DECIDED TO UPGRADE THE ORIGINAL RADIO TO THE NEW BLAUPUNKT CD RADIO WITH BEZEL. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF THIS PRODUCT, WHAT DO YOU THINK????

I recently saw that and it looks like a nice setup and should install fairly easily. I can't tell you anything about that radio but I can tell you that I've had a blaupunct in my 74 for around 14 years and it's still going strong.
BTW you might want to take the cap lock off. On the internet it constitutes shouting and is sort of frowned upon. :yesnod:

Those radios sell on ebay for $79 and a bezel can be bought new for $80. The trim plate is $55 from http://www.vettespecialties.com/.
Buy the stuff yourself and save $200+.
