I came across this. For people with headers and true duals. I have my 3 inch system tied together where it came the closest together under the differential. It quieted down my exhaust.:) my 3 inch in and out stainless packed race mufflers have always been pretty loud. http://store.yahoo.com/exhaustpros/hustxpi.html

Re: New cheaper X-pipe (Eddie 70)
Gkull I looked at this and it is not made like any of the X pipes I have seen. It looks like the two pipes are pointed together like a true X instead of joined at the 90* for scavenging. It does not appear to be a free flowing design.
I may be totally wrong, but every one I have seen actually takes 6pc's of 90* el's and makes an X-pipe. The two center el pipes have the outside of the bend cut off to join the bends and then it is welded together. This seems to provide a much smoother system.
Not to argue, but I much prefer the 6 90* el's welded together allowing the exhaust gases to pass each other intead of crashing together. I will either make mine or pay the extra money for a Dr. Gas. Jim
