Anybody Restore their Hardtop?
Mine is a mess. I have to put the rear window trim in and its battling me all the way. The clips inside the frame are shot. Can these be replaced if you pull the window?
Also I was considering to wrap it in vinyl. Anybody ever attempt this? I think Al Knoch sells the vinyl kit but I worried about getting the trim on afterwards.
Option B is to have somebody else fix its difficult to find anybody willing to touch it.

I'd suggest taking it to a shop that specializes in vinyl top replacement. There is a place locally that does it and they quoted me price of $200 to cover my hard top, with vinyl I provided. I don't use the hardtop and probably won't ever use it, so I never went any further with it.
