Default New Rear Spring Installed

I just put my new fiberglass spring kit on last night, and the tech article was very helpful. The proceduce was not to difficult. It is possible to do the job by your self, I did. It only took about three hours. In the article it was dicussed to attach the spring to the differential case and then try to attach each side's bolt to the ends of the spring, with the help of a friend pushing the spring back. It is much easier to lightly tighten the spring on the differential cover and then side each sides bolts threw and then tighen it down. For those of you putting one of these springs on, you know what Im talking about. Still have to take it out for a spin but the right height is much better. And the 40lb metal leaf spring that I pulled out basically fell apart when I pulled it out. Over all no problems, pretty striaght foward.

Sounds good and no issues with ride height?

What manufacturer and what spring rate?

No problems with the ride height, before the swap it was sitting pretty low, and now its about and inch or inch-and-half top the wheel. Its the VBP 300#, I picked it up on ebay for 75 buck with shipping!

Sounds like a good price. I already replaced my rear spring but good tip anyway.
