If you mean for clean up of brushes, etc. then you need lacquer thinner. It laughs at paint thinner and mineral spirits.
BUT....once it is dry, it is there for good. No solvent that I know of will dissolve it. If it dries on your skin, you have it with you for 2 weeks. Don't ask me how I know!!
Their website will tell you about thinning for useage. From what I have heard DO NOT spray it w/o the correct respirator.
I've had good luck with V&PM Naphtha. It the main -if not only- ingrediant in their solvent. Use it for clean up only though, haven't tried to use it as a thinner. Use gloves & throw away brushes. POR-15 stays on the skin for a long long time, even after washing with brillow
I had luck removing still wet POR15 from skin using a bit of Mineral Spirits on a rag. I use throw away brushes and dixie cups for painting and have therefore never tried cleaning any brishes/containers.
The mineral spirits worked well for cleaning skin and scared me a bit less than the contents of the POR15.
I use gloves and throw away cups and brushes.....The stuff is very hard to remove from skin.....We use it to coat our rusty pipes around the property.....Five years ago we painted the pipes and it's still there protecting against the salt spray and elements.
