CVR makes a quality high torque mini-starter that you can find on E-bay, but pretty pricey. An example:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33576

Summit used to offer their branded version(CVR with the Summit name on it) at a decent discount, but it appears that you can get a CVR on E-bay cheaper now.

I bought mine on e-bay. Some race shop out of Miami. It cranks like a champ!
Just make sure you get the right bolt pattern.

I bought one from Kmcompany on EBay. It was JUNK. They say they will replace it, but 3 weeks have gone by and no replacement. It worked about 3 times before it failed, it was cheap Tawian CRAP.

Avoid them!

I have a stock GM from a 90 Vette, it works like a champ. Not sure if it is as mini as other minis, but looks a lot smaller than a standard C3 starter.

Depending on shipping this might be the route to go, it is the same starter as the Summit brand name one I have and it works great. If you have alot of parts to get and Summit has a 10% off sale then I would get it from them since it would be only $132 after discount and the shipping would be spread over many parts.
