Air Cleaner Filter Height
Does anyone make a filter with a height less than 3" with a 14" diameter. I have checked auto parts stores in the past and cannot locate one. Looking to put small insulating spacer under carb, but running out of hood clearance. Thanks in advance.

I'm having to go from memory, but go to a parts house and see if you can get the spec's on a k&n no. E 3710. If I remember, that was a 2" height round filter. It might fit an lt-1 round cleaner, but I'm not sure. It's worth a shot if you can find out the size for sure.

K&N has a 2' X 14" that is the same spec size as their 3" standard filter. Autozone has the catalog, go to the filter area listed by size. Thats how I found it. Use a K&N extreme top to open the air flow up more when using the 2".
