I don't know how far you want to travel for this, but you could also try Carol's Corvette Dismantlers. http://www.carolsauto.com/ in the SF area. She would probably UPS it as well.

The problem with the area described and shown is that it includes the fender at the bonding strip as well as a portion of the surround. But, in looking at the photo, it appears that you only need the fender and not the surround -at least it looks like the substantial damage is only in the fender itself but that could be how the photo looks.
Replacement fenders are widely available, as others have shown, and are not too difficult for a DIYer to attach. You do not want to splice a surround together if you can avoid it since the skills are much higher for this type repair.
I'm with gerry72 on this one. That line running below your tape is where the fender meets the surround and it looks like you could just install a new fender. Believe me, that would be much easier than what you are trying to do. I know it looks like a bigger job, but it is not and the end results will be better.
I would replace the entire fender. Even if you are doing this yourself it looks like it would be less work hours replacing the fender rather glassing in the repair and to make it "perfect" so that in a few years you do not start to see the repair through the paint (which I have seen alot out there). That fender on "flea bay" does not look like an entire fender. Ecklers does put out some good quality fiberglass body parts. I think the overall finished product with a new fender will look better a lot longer.
