Going To Tampa
As some of you may know I work at a used Corvette dealership. My boss ask me today if I would fly to Tampa Fla. to pickup a 98 Corvette convertible and drive it back to the lot.
We bought this car from a friend of ours who runs a Dodge store. He just traded it. The trucking company that we use can't pick it up for 10 days so I am going to get it.
Since it has been very cold and snowy here in Northeastern Pennsylvania, I will enjoy the Florida sun for a few hours.
I am leaving Allentown Pa Friday at 11:30 and arrive in Florida at 2:15. I will get in the Vette and start the 16 hour drive home. I am trying to beat a snow storm that is coming on Sunday. My goal is to drive 8-9 hours Friday and get a room and then finnish on Saturday.

My boss asked me to pull my head out of my azz.
He said it might take upto 16 hours, but I'll enjoy some sun for a few hours before I inevitably stick it back up there.

You need to stop in Old Town for the Winter meet of the Florida chapter of the NCRS show. This is one of the largest Vette shows in the southeast. Starts Thursday and runs through Sunday.
Old Town is on Hwy 192, which is 1 mile off of I-4, near Kissimmee, which is west of Orlando. You will drive right by this on I-4 on your way east to I-95!!!
Lots of cars, parts and fun. I am only 30 minutes form there!!
