I prefer Zaino, but my car was repainted about 5 years ago. I'm not sure what would work best on 28 year old paint. Check out the "Car Care Products" forum on this site. There are some very friendly and helpful folks over there. If you post your question there I'm sure they can point you in the right direction. Hope this helps.

I`m Sure Maguires #26 carnuba is fine...
I also recommend "Liquid Glass"...it`s a bit pricey but does a nice show shine, no swirls but its not a wax...its called a protectant
