Thread on LED tail lights
Someone awhileback listed a step by step to configure the tail lights to LED. Consisted of cutting the lights apart and glueing in the board of LEDs. I did a search but the topics found were empty. If anyone can direct me to a web page or thread about this topic I would greatly appreciate it.
TIA
C

Eckler's and MADV sell LED style bulb replacement for the 1157 bulb. They look good ... would that NOT do what you want?

I also bought some 1156/57 bulbs and they sucked. They weren't any brighter than stock bulbs.

Re: Thread on LED tail lights (CharlieF)
If you just want a brighter light, and a cheap fix, then try the 2357 bulbs.
They are exactly the same as the 1157 only brighter.
Their life is a bit shorter than the 1157 bulbs.
I've been using them for a couple years.
