I have a heated and airconditioned 14X20 garage. With toolbox, cherry picker, and aircompressor you can only get one door open at a time! Wish I had more land for a bigger garage!!!
[QUOTE]Not all of us are fortunate enough to have a heated garage. So I tinker in the basement furnace room during winter. Anyone as unfortunate as me?
So whats it like when you get the spray paint and other airesol cleaners goin down there? And the stinky gasket sealer. Are there other family members that complain about the fumes circulating in the house? I can only imaging cause I been there and done that.

Re: Do You Have a Corvette Basement? (paul67)
I've often wondered where you did your "winter" work Paul. I wish I had an indoor area, my garage is not much warmer than the outside air----- 7deg tonight. :cry
I just painted four American Racing wheels. I vented the entire house: opened the doors before the Wife came home. But it is 0F so that cost me some heating dollars.
I have a corvette basement, my car is in the main shop that has a full basement that I use to store spare parts/tires/ compressor and good inventory of material for fabricating.
I am rebuilding the original 1967 AM-FM Stereo. Parts have been ordered. The Pioneer is in a mocked up glovebox liner that I will use in the spring. The original will be dead and the Pioneer CD head unit will be hot behind the glovebox door.

Let's play "find the Stingray"! :D
bicylcles and lawn chairs hangoing above your car??? I once had an axe fall on my windshield and then bounce off to crack the hood. After that you will think twice about hanging stuff above the car.
