Need new AC condenser/compressor?
I am not sure what it is. But on my 1980, on the front right of the engine compartment, there is a piecethat says Delco Air, but one of the hoses is broken off the casting. There is no clamps, as the hose is cast directly onto the aprt. Can someone help me figure this out?

Hope you don't take offense, but from your description of the problem, I would advise you to take the car to a qualified A/C shop and get an estimate for the repair. Fixing your own A/C requires a significant investment in tools, parts and acquired knowledge.

High pressure switch? Does it have a hard line in and out and 2 wires going to a switch? If you don't have the tools, A/C is hard to just pick up and do. Might be easier to take it somewhere.

The line in that comes from the right side of the firewall to the whatever is hard and cast in. I am not going to do it myself, that is pure suicide...lol. What is the high pressure swtich. The actual part is about the size of 2 fists. Is this it?
