Spring liners....
I removed my rear spring to clean it up and paint it and need some help. A couple of the liners are usable but most are rusted and should be replaced. I know this is an odd question but are there any "around the house" materials I can use to replace or quick fixes out there, or would it just be best to purchase some more. Ecklers has them but for 15 bucks a pop, it's a little pricey just for friggin' liners. Any thoughts? If purchasing is the best thing to do, any place cheaper than Eckers? Thanks!

Long Island Corvettes has them for $6.00 each. I have a set. They're just fine.
