I noticed a while back that I had a fuel leak at the back of the car.
Today I took a closer look and it seems to be one of the rubber lines comming from the top of the sending unit to the steel lines on the frame.
Now I know the best way would be to lower the tank but I'm having space problems, so now I was looking and I see that I can unscrew the two hoses thru the gas lid and you can feel where they connect to the steel lines on the frame.
Does somebody know if I could replace these rubber hoses without lowering the fuel tank ??
Remove the spare tire and tire carrier and you should have access. If not may have to lower the muffler/tail pipe to get clearance. Not a hard job, just takes a bit of time for disassembly and reassembly :)
