Hi all,
I was just looking through this month's Chevy High Performance magazine and saw an add from SLP. I think these wheels would look good on our C3s. Maybe with a flat center cap.... what do you think? They are certainly deep enough... I wonder if the bolt pattern and offset would work?? At a mere $700.00, they are worth checking them out here>>> http://www.slponline.com/view_produc...&SHOWEMAIL=Off
The bolt pattern would work, but it looks(my opinion) like the backaspacing is greater than 4 inches. The wheel specs sheet on that site doesn't have that wheel listed yet to know for sure. If the backspacing is much greater than 4 inches you will need an adaptor.
If you are going to need an adaptor anyway, you might as well used 9.5 inch width wheels all the wya around or at least in the rear.
I've got 17x9.5 ZR1's all the way around using adaptors.
:D
To me, the newer "flat" wheels just don't look right on a C3. IMO, C3 wheels need to have some "dish" to em.
Brett
I pretty much agree, but Zacks ^^^look damn nice- so maybe I don't. Usually as a rule of thumb.. oh forget it. What am I doing up anyway? I'm going to bed :jester
