It's called 'Sympathetic Nerve Response'. She was watching the deputy handcuff the guy and when the deputy squeezed the cuff together, she subconsciously squeezed it together, too. Problem was, she had her finger on the trigger...look at her eyes.

There was no longer a struggle with the suspect, but I felt bad for the partner who was hit in the leg by the bullet. Ouch........not a good press release for the media. I am hoping she is off the street.
