Aftermarket tach question.

Aftermarket tach question.
Do any of you guys have pics of where and how you mounted your aftermarket tach. I can't decide if I am going to keep my old cable driven unit or replace it in the dash with a new electical unit or leave the origional and mount one somewhere else. The reason why I am leaning toward mounting one somewhere else is because I am 6'6" and the angle that I sit in the car I can't see the in dash tach. I just don't want to put anything in the car that wil look tacky. :yesnod:

It's very common to see the aftermarket tachs in front of the orig. tach clamped to the steering wheel.
It's less tacky than putting it on the dash..... :rolleyes:

Cool pic thanks guys. HDIronman, looking at your pic has convinced me to leave the factory stuff in place and go with a setup like yours. I didn't consider the loss of the turn signal lights till I looked at your pic. Man I spent 2 weeks trying to get these things to work I am not about to start monkeying with them again :smash: :crazy:
