What headers work with angle plug heads?

What headers work with angle plug heads?
I have the stock 82 headers/manifolds on trick flow alum. heads. Do you have to run a specific header with angle plug heads or do you just buy a header for a 63-82? I am looking for a ceramic long tube header that fits the angle plug heads and the spark plugs will still be removeable. Or do I need a shorty header? I probably will never run them open at the track either way.

Get a set of Schoenfeldheaders.com #151 under 'chassis' heading....
for 150 bux at your door, you got a nice set of headers, send them off for ceramic coating at your local place, then put on the car....clear plugs fine, and the tubes are not constantly in the way of everything else....

Dynomax ceramic coated headers work well, there are a couple tight plug clearence but I have had no problems with burnt boots.
BTW I am running trick flow heads also.

I'm currently running Sportman II's with Hooker Super Comp sidem ount headers. I've got my fingers crossed that my new AFR's will work with these headers also ;)

I figured I'd get more $ for my old engine with it complete vs trying to sell the parts. I'm building a completely new engine so I won't be using anything from the old one. The reason I went with the AFR's was the weight savings & I liked the idea of having heads that are CNC ported ;)

I am using the Hedman headers on my ZZ4 engine. They have ceramic coating and the collectors seem not to hang down as far as other brands. That's important if you have limited ground clearance.

Stock C4 TPI "shorty header" manifolds should work fine on angle plugs. The TPI aluminum heads have angle plugs. They have a 2 1/2" outlet too.

Back on topic: I've been told that my Dynomax ceramic coated Headers will fit angled plug AFR heads with no problems.
