That's my wife's 82. She's the one that started all this. Seven yrs ago she was riding around to tag sales looking for a wooden salad bowl, and came home with a vette. We havn't looked back since! :D
I like that picture, tha'ts exactly what I wait for in sweden, snow smelting and the vette standing and waiting for me to take her on a ride...
Got really pissed when the snow here first melted and everthing dried up, and the next morning, it's -10 celcius and snow everywhere :mad
So close, but still so far away. Suppose it's just to wait and work in the garage....
have a lot of snow here in the northern of sweden,so its just to keep working in the garage!
hopefullly i will have my interior back together before the snow starts melting away.
:yesnod:
Looking at your pic it looks like spring! In here (Finland is next to Sweden) we have still true winter... We haven't seen the black tarmac for many months. :smash: Snow season will be over in early April, I hope...
Swedish guys! Are you going to Corvette Club of Sweden summer meet in Sunne? We have plans in here to participate your meeting!!! That would be great to see you guys in there!
Ill take my 79 out on clear days in the winter. This past weekend would have been good but I have a bad power steering fluid leak and its been too cold to look for it, let alone repair it.
FinnShark,
That clear ground you see is only a cruel joke that mother nature always plays on us in New England every year. Were not free and clear until the end of April. Being only 20 miles or so from the ocean we get as much ice as we do snow.
Anyone who drives their classic vette all year around in the snow and slop ought to have it taken away from them. :nono: We can :boxing about this, but it just seems un-american.

Nice to hear that your planning to attend, I'm not sure If I'll be there or not, my parents will bring the C5 atleast. This will be my first summer with the 1972, hopefully one of the best summers so far :yesnod:
I will be on all the other meetings with the club but there aren't many people in my age (18) on the summer meeting but maybe...
The club had some kind of movienight this last weekend, great event, 200 people came. Started to really long for the summer while watching the films from the last summer meeting!
Regarding the snow, hopefully it will be over here in Stockholm in one or maybe two months...
Jim,
After the job I had cleaning the trim rings last year I figured it would be a good idea to take them off.
That's a good looking garage you have there Jim, any chance of moving it into my backyard? The differential on Sues 82 started leaking pretty good after Carlisle so it looks like I have a big job to do this spring!
How's everthing going with you folks?
Bob
