Mounting triple gauge set in engine compartment??

I got a close out deal on a mini-triple gauge set. Combination water, volts and oil pressure. I was thinking of mounting this in the engine compartment to keep an eye on oil pressure etc while tuning. Was thinking of mounting up on the firewall. Anyone have gauges mounted in the engine compartment?

The overall dimensions are...5.5w x 2.25h with 1.50in diameter gauges.

I have a oil, temp, volt mounted on top of fire wall. It fills out my cowl nicely. Let me know if you would like some pics emailed.

no pics, but theres a vacuum and water temp gauge mounted on my firewall.

Thanks for the pictures but that's not what I was thinking. Here's a little mock up of what I had in mind. The gauges would be visible while tinkering and tuning in the engine compartment. Yeah I know, the engine compartment will get the once over when I pull the SB out.
