I see them on C5's quite a bit, but I've never seen any on a Stingray though. Is there a reason for this?? I know they're expensive, but people on this forum are always dropping large amounts of cash for a little individuality.
You guys think they'd look good on a Stingray? Specifically an 82' C.E. Stingray?
I LOVE those wheels. I plan on putting them on my car sometime in the future. They are just plain cool  . I found this '76 with them. This is one of my favorite C3's I have seen.
:hurray:
Yeah the problem is there not cheap,i was quoted from ccw for 1900.00 for the set, fiske are even more money. But they do look good.James i think the fm5's would look great on a c/e http://www.ccwheel.com/sclassic.htm

The wheels on that red 76 are actually made by Image Wheels, in UK. I like them a lot! :yesnod:
Those Kodiaks in the sizes I want would be over $2000 too. Try this: http://shop.sportruck.com/bcodd/tuned.htm They have the look. I dunno if they have the same build quality as a race wheel, although Boyd seems to have a pretty good name!
any other sites that you people know of..... i have a 77 and looking for some sweet rims... i like the racing style but i have to ride on chrome.......

Those look pretty cool. That might be a good option. Definitely a cheaper way to go :yesnod:

I'm actually either going to go with Rodder 5 or Timeless 5s from Boyd from that website (both of which are sported by members of this forum ;-) ). I like the racing wheels too... if I get a dedicated set of racing wheels some day, I might consider those, or might go for the "real thing".
