On the photo posting, the only advice I can give you is that you have to bracket your link with these two things.... Also, you have to post the web address. In your last attempted photo post, it looks like you maybe copied a Java shortcut.
If I can add my 2cents, I blasted thru my battery box 14 yrs ago. Hit a pot hole while going thru the gears. Driver side half shaft universal broke at the camber plate broke thru the battery box also took out the battery. I repaired the box with fiberglass[1st exposure to glass not PRO but funcional] Here's the rub... The universals WILL NOT handle a full turn if the wheel is off the ground. Found this out when replacing the half shaft. Lift your car's rear and try to GENTLY turn the wheel 360 deg. It will bind. I think this is how the battery box gets damaged. It happened to me
Reviving an old thread for anyone looking into doing this repair recently.
I just repaired the underside (top side repair to be done this weekend), using the Pegasus Racing Quick Patch. It was super easy and straight forward. Cut the patch to the desired shape and size, peel the backing, put it on by hand, and peel off the face. It dries via UV light exposure, so direct sunlight or a UV flashlight should do the trick. I'll follow up with the interior side, and how it holds up shortly. It's supposed to be paint ready. Just make sure you clean the mating surface of the car very well - why i'm having to do the interior side this weekend.
