Gaskets? Felpro or Felpro Performance?

Gaskets? Felpro or Felpro Performance?
Hey guys...
Still putting this 350 back together, and I'm trying to figure out the difference in durability between Felpro's basic stuff and the felpro performance lineup...
Is there an advantage of going with FPP-2912 (summit number...) over FEL-BS40013 (summit number)
I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with the Permatorque Blue Headgaskets over the steel shim ones... even though the thin ones offer more performance. Have any of the street driven chevy's gone with steel shim style gaskets? I'm just wondering if the durability is worth sacrificing and jumping to the shims...
For the pan gasket I know I'm going to use a 1 piece deal... but seeing how its a 75 I'll need the 75 on up gasket, unless I replace the pan (a dent in it about the size of my fist... :eek: )
Waterpump? Fuel pump? Intake? What all do you guys recomend? Is stock stuff good enough to keep it from being a leaker in a couple years?
