Default Pressure Bleed part2

I was able to get my spare MC cover to seal well enough to pressure bleed the system. I had to take a rather large chunk of wood and 4 7 inch hose clamps from home depot to do it but it worked. Some one here had wondered about using a spare MC cover & what to do with extra brake fluid in the domes to prevent spilling...I had attached an extra fitting to the bottom of my air nipple, and also after the bleed was done, I took my mightyvac and sucked out a little bit of fluid from the MC before I pulled everything back off.

Now for the problem & the questions... I took the vette for a test drive, I noticed when I started the engine that the peddle was just a little bit more spongy that when the car was turned off, & I noticed the engine rpm change when I hit the brake, I fugured this was due to the booster...I was able to to do some speed test stops & noticed that the peddle got increasingly harder as I drove around for about 30 minutes & the backs began to lock up again...I began to notice the back left brake begin to sqeal but it was not a solid sound, it was a pulsating squeal...shortly thereafter, the brakes got tighter & I had to park & sit for 45 minutes to let everything cool back down...drove it home & the brake peddle was almost non existant. I pulled the left rear & found that a former owner had drilled the rivets but had not completey filed them down smooth so I am suspecting that with the new rotors that I installed, that do not have the rivet holes that this was producing the effect of rotor runout ? Would this be a correct assumtion? I decided to 2 man bleed the system...this was no good, I got some fluid but not enough to make it past the top of the curve in my hose in the back, but verry little air bubbles, the front left I got a lot of air but was there for 30 minutes & still could not get fluid flow...pressure bled the system & now ready for next test drive. Anyone have ideas on why I could not 2 man bleed the system but can pressure bleed it?
