Default Adjusting Convertable top?

Folks, I have adjusted my side windows as far as they will go. I still have a gap that starts mid, top of window, and gets bigger toward the rear to about a 1/2 inch wide

Since adjustments in the window itself are maxed out, can the convertable top itself be adjusted, maybe somewhere in the rear, where the conv top frame bolts to the inside of the rear compartment?

Yes, you can adjust the frame, BUT you will likely cause wrinkles in the top fabric, as it was "fitted" to the frame in the current position. That's why you always adjust the top frame and the windows to fit/close before you put on a new top. Chuck

I had my frame adjusted before the top was put on by the trim shop. As said, you can move the top frame but would have to adjust the top itself to pull out the wrinkles. Even with a very professional trim shop fixing the frame and installing the top, I still don't have a perfect seal all the way around. Good thing I never drive in the rain.
