Default Beginner Nitrous System

I am considering a small shot for my Edlebrock 1406 carb. Looking at my Jeg's catalog the Performer Nitrous System (350-70001 ) appears most suitable. It has 50, 75, and 100 horsepower shots. Am I thinking right here and will I need anything else? Anyone else running this system? Nitrous folks please chime in. Thanks in advance.

You will be better off in the long run to get the larger 150 -250 system. You can always jet down by buy ing the smaller jets. The only difference in the to systems is the selnoids. If you buy the smaller you are limited to 100hp shot.I made this mistake .

I have hooked up alot of nitrous systems for friends/customers and I never recommend over 100 horse. I like to start off small but never exceed the 100 horse. At 100 horse you will notice a huge increase in performance, you will not hurt parts, the stock fuel system is fine, no plug or timming change and the bottle lasts. I have also seen 1 1/2 second decreases in ET at the track with just 100 horse.
Play it safe and go for the smaller system.
