I have an original 76 front end in a crate that I am in the process of (slowly) repairing to put on my vette. The front corners are both damaged, but the passenger side is the worst. Here are the pics (I hope): http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/525739/2
My question: do you think that I can repair the passenger side section by splicing in a used corner? Does someone have a corner from a 75-79 scrap front end? I have been looking for one for quite some time and can't find one. I have a NOS section for the drivers side, but it is only the fender corner (from bonding strip down). The crack is maked in red on the picture, and is really not too bad. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.

Right now the car does not have a front end on it. The one I removed from the car was a crappy replacement with no inner fenders. Sorry I don't have any test pieces for you. I'm sure that if you post an ad in the Parts for Sale/Wanted someone will have something cheap.
