C3 owners are.....
Ok, let's face it.....us C3 owners are a different 'breed' of car owners altogether.....unlike other car enthusiasts we have vettes +plus they're getting older everyday......kinda like musclecars but different ?!?

Well, since I wasn't around when c3s were new, I don't think I can put down nostalgia. Even so, c3s ARE better than pure muscle cars and in my opinion, better than the new ones. :chevy

C3 are both a performace bargain and a unique and sexy sportsscar that has a visual flair todays cars ( with only the exception of $100,000 plus exotics,) cant match. How so? The Ford GT and ferrari F360 are the only production cars with very sexy curvy lines. And since the power is usually a chevy 350 motor, you,ve got plenty of options for performance upgrades. Hell, the smog motors are soooo low compression, i bet even a california car could get away with a rebuild and a supercharger and call it a day. Me, i went with a modified ZZ4. But, the old L-48 smog block sits in silent waiting . My plan, just as i said. i rebuild .030 over to 355 with better forged internals ( read better crank,piston etc etc etc ) and then since i am leaving the compression the same low 8.1-1 I will introduce the car to forced induction. Imagine an L-48 with something like 12-16 LBS of boost and possibly fuel injected. takes the game to a whole new level dont it!!!!! :cool:

....a bunch of hotrodders.....but with a unique style.....
AND our cars are fairly respectable in performance right out of the box.....
add a few simple tricks, and LOOK OUT!!!.....
