Should I replace cam?

Here is my question. Since I have the intake off and access to so much stuff, should I replace the cam? I want it to be a nice driver, not a super hot racer.
What would be a good cam for general use driving?

But removing the intake isn't even half the job. I just replaced my cam and it's a ton of work. Too much to describe here but plenty of books to help. Its not just the cam u end up replacing its the dozen(s) or more of old parts u need/break as u get into the job.
I've read stock cams are only good for about 135K mi before wear starts to reduce power.
Also read that the cams with 108 degree lobe separation angle (LSA) make the most mid range torque/power in 350" motor with stock heads. Only company selling cams on the shelf with 108* LSA is Iskenderian Racing Cams (Isky) and I like thier: Grind No./Type: 262-SUPERCAM, HYDRAULIC Low/Mid-Range performance cam. 9.5:1 compr. 3.08-3.70 axle ratio. Passenger cars & trucks. Up to 625 CFM Carb. RPM-Range: 2000-5500 Valve Lift - INT: .435 EXT: .435 Valve Lash Hot - INT: .000 EXT: .000 ADV Duration - INT: 262° EXT: 262° .050 Duration - INT: 208° EXT: 208° Lobe Center: 108°
