BB water pump pulley studs?
I'm fitting my WP pulley I'll be using electric fans so there'll be no need to use the fan. Can I eliminate the WP studs and use bolts instead? Anyone know what size?
The studs from the '87 BB are just about a 1/8th of an inch too long anyway. If I use new studs, they'll need to be shorter or I'll have to cut them. The bolts will probably be about an inch or so.

You're both correct, 5/16 fine thread. shortest they had was 0.75in. I'll cut them.
