Does anybody have a picture of a '80s accessory drive brackets installed on a engine? We have a Corvette that came to us without a motor but it has all of the drive brackets packed away in boxes and I have no idea what goes where. This late model short waterpump stuff is all new to me.. :crazy:
What i need help with most is the power steering and alternater brackets.

 

If I remember right, Corvette America and Mid America Corvette both have pics and diagrams of the individual pieces. Hope that helps.

OK,

*as far as i can tell the bracket on the top left is the top alternator bracket that bolts to the front 2 intake holes.. (I can't find a pic of a setup like that on any of the sites you guys posted :confused: )

*the 2nd bracket on the top row is part of the power steering bracket.

*I have no idea what the first bracket on the bottom row is

*Don't know what the one in the center is either,but i cleaned it off after i took the pic and saw "FoMoCO" I don't think i'll use that one ;)

*I have no idea what the bracket on the lower right is.

I fould one other bracket thats made out of alumimum,but i dont know if its for this car or not.


The car isn't mine it's my neighbors.When he bought the car it didnt have a engine and he's came to the conclusion that he can't sell it if it doesnt run.They just just a stock cruddy 305 out of a Firebird in the car :rolleyes: and he wants me to get it running for him..
