Help ( I really mean it)
Joust got home from work, went to the garage Tryed to open my soft top, lifting rear section off the deck and (pop) the rear vinyl window split at least 18". I need a top shop. I'm on NE Pa. Do I need a new top or can they just replace the window? :banghead: :nopity :reddevil This is JBR I'm not at my computer.

How's the rest of the top? Now might be a good time to replace the whole thing.
If I stored my vehicle inside, I'd probably leave the top un-latched front & rear to prevent stress tears at the seams.

The rest of top is very nice yet I beleive it is all original. The way it snaped, I had no idea it was that brittle. I have been polishing it to remove the yellow and crust. Just last fall I was just starting to see things out the rear window. It do need all all new gaskets which I now have. BUt if I need a new top now, I don't want to put tje gaskets in.

The original windows are glued in and a good upholstery shop can sew in a replacement. I knew a guy that had this done and I didn't care for the look of the stitching but it is a cheap fix. Craig
