Ever since, I've been driving my C3 more and doing mods and posting pics in the C3 section I realized something.
I'm now listening to classic rock again. I even caught myself loading up the Disc Magazine in my work car with Deep Purple, Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, Led Zeppelin, CCR, etc. :yesnod:
Just don't get carried away cutting out your center dash console trim plate to install that 8 track player so you can play all your old tapes!!! That piece for '68's costs about $300 to replace.;)
My 13 year old son was smiling to ear to ear when he figured out how to play "Smoke on the Water" on his guitar. I think that same tune was what my guitar playing friends all tried to imitate when I was a kid.
The more things change, the more they stay the same (except for classic music which is timeless!!)
:iagree: It's gotta be old Aerosmith though!!! I think they sold out on their latest stuff. "Draw the Line" is literally where I draw the line.
:iagree:
The def sold out for the big bucks, not much they have put out in the last 20 years worth listening to, a couple tunes but nothing like "get your wings"
That is what I have heard. I'll never forget how disappointed I was when they released their first single after Sammy joined the band. I was so stoked to hear them, I mean we are talking Van Halen and The Red Rocker and the I heard the stupid syn on "why can't this be love'
