Default Q-jet tuning

I just rebuilt my Q-jet an now I have a dead spot on the low RPMs. were should the mixure screws be set. and is there any other setting on the carb.

Try 1&1/2 turns out as a starting point for the air adjustment screws. Fine tune from there. good luck :thumbs:

Assuming the rest of your engine is untouched (you haven't changed your camshaft, adjusted your ignition timing, no vacuum leaks, etc) I would say the next step is to figure out whether you are running lean or rich at idle. Try a forum search or even better, check out these articles written by Lars (Q-jet guru).
